What Rentmind is

Rentmind helps you keep track of your Dubai rental: cheques, renewal deadlines, rent increase limits, income and documents. It doesn’t collect rent, hold money or offer any financing.

Not legal advice

Deadlines and rent increase limits are worked out from Dubai’s tenancy law and the Dubai Land Department rental index, with a link to each official source. They’re general information. Check important decisions with the official calculator, a lawyer or the Rental Dispute Centre.

Your data

You own what you put into Rentmind. You’re responsible for having the right to store your tenants’ details. See the privacy page for how we handle data.

Plans and billing

Paid plans are billed yearly in dirhams through Stripe and renew automatically. We email you before each renewal. Cancel any time from Settings; your plan stays active until the end of the paid year.

Availability

We work to keep Rentmind running and reminders on time, but we can’t guarantee it will never be unavailable. Keep your own copies of important documents.
