  1. Photograph your contract and cheques

Rentmind reads the dates, amounts and tenant details. You don’t type anything in.

  2. Check what it read

Every detail is shown for you to confirm or correct before it’s saved.

  3. Get reminded where you’ll see it

Before each cheque date, the notice deadline and the contract end, by WhatsApp or email.

How should we contact you?

Questions

Is this legal advice?

No. Rentmind shows the deadlines and limits set by Dubai's tenancy law and links to the official source for each one. For a dispute or an unusual contract, speak to a lawyer or the Rental Dispute Centre.

Which emirates does it cover?

Dubai only for now, because the rules, Ejari and the rental index are specific to Dubai. Abu Dhabi is next.

What happens to my documents?

They're encrypted and visible only to you and the people you invite. You can delete any document, or your whole account, at any time.

Do you collect rent or handle my money?

No. Your tenant pays you exactly as they do today. Rentmind keeps track of it.

When can I start using it?

Founding landlords get access first, in the order they reserved. We'll contact you the way you choose.
