What we collect

• Your email address, and your WhatsApp number if you choose WhatsApp reminders.
• What you enter about your flats: tenancy dates, rent, cheque details, tenant name, costs, and documents you upload.
• Basic usage events, such as which pages you visit and which campaign brought you, to improve the site.

How we use it

Only to run Rentmind for you: showing your flats, working out deadlines and yields, and sending the reminders you asked for. We never sell your data or share it for advertising.

Reading photos of your documents

When you add a flat from photos, the images are sent to our AI provider, Anthropic, to read the details. We don’t keep those photos. Only the details you confirm are saved.

Where it’s kept

Your data is stored in our database, and uploaded documents are encrypted before they’re saved. Payments are handled by Stripe; we never see or store your card number. Emails are sent through our email provider.

Your choices

You can delete any document, flat or your whole account at any time from the app. Deleting your account removes your data and documents and cancels any subscription. Every reminder email has a link to stop them.
